Working closely with you, we will plan your perfect wedding reception, which will go something like this:

 

1PM — Gary and Perry arrive to begin set-up.  Set up will include all options you have chosen such as two sound systems, karaoke, double light show — whatever is appropriate!

 

4PM — First guests arrive and are greeted with a perfect mix of  elegant background music.

 

5PM — Bridal party arrives.  Gary assumes formal emcee duties, and, dressed in a full tuxedo, welcomes your guests and prepares them for your grand introduction.  Perry uses his experience mixing music to assure a smooth flow to ...

 

5:30PM — Your first big moment!  Your grand introduction with special music just for you.  We can use one song or one song per person or anything in between.  We can read a brief bio of each introductee, or we can make this as dignified and formal as you like.  With Gary or Perry manning the controls, and the other guiding you through the actual introductions, this will be one of the highlights of your evening!  But the fun is just beginning ...

 

5:45PM — Any or all of these:  cake cutting, toasts, and blessing — again accompanied by your special music as appropriate.

 

6:00PM — Dinner begins and DJ Dekalb and Echo Entertainment combine forces to play an elegant mix of today’s standards and older classics.

 

7:30PM — Your first dance as husband and wife!  A special moment, introduced by your emcee with elegant dance floor lighting and that one piece of music that you have chosen for this most magical dance of  your life.

 

7:35PM — We follow up your first dance with your other important dances, possibly to include father/bride, mother/groom, and your wedding party.

 

Then —  we fill the dance floor!  We invite everyone up on your behalf to join you in one more special dance to celebrate today’s wedding.  At the conclusion of that song — LET  THE PARTY BEGIN!  Full dance floor lighting brightens the room and brings energy to the party.  And Perry, using his years of experience as a party host, karaoke host, and interactive dj, takes the lead! Great, fun dance music, props and games, interactive dances and a high-energy emcee to get — and keep! — the party going — and oh yeah, if you’ve ordered it — karaoke!

 

Later in the evening we’ll break for your bouquet and garter toss, a dollar dance? and possibly our beautiful, fun, and celebratory “dedication to marriage” dance.

 

But don’t leave now — we’re partying until 11:45 PM, when we will again get your remaining guests on the dance floor for a final dance just to congratulate you!  We’ll send them out the door at midnight with an evening full of fun and special memories.
